Dear Journal,
Hello.
It's been ages since I have actually attempted to write in one of these. I was walking through Diagon on my break the other day and past by the WWW, typically I don't pay much mind to it, but the flashing argyle blue and bronze caught my attention. I was and always will be a stickler for Ravenclaw colors. I had to go in and find out what this new craze was about, much to my delight those Weasley twins brought back to the journals!
I was a fan of these things during my school years, only Rowena knows why I stopped using them. I admit, I'm guilty of being a little behind on trends, but I suppose I have been too absorbed in work to actually attempt to venture into the world of trends. Dracula's castle in Transylvania has been a vacation hotspot recently, especially with the recent discovery of Mina Harker's ghost in the dungeons. Fascinating things, really, and I think that Budapest is becoming a new vacation destination as well. Who knows, people have unique tastes, personally, I don't mind vacationing at home... but I suppose not everyone can live on the coast like me.
What else have I missed?
Hopefully not too much, I like to consider myself an "up to date" sort of girl. One day, though, reality is likely going to smack me in the face and tell me that I am out of date. Luckily, I can continue to live in this ignorant bliss and allow the world to move on without me - for now.
Hopefully a few of you out there remember me, and I haven't fallen completely out of the loop.
